See how care benefits can transform your workforce and generate new growth for your facility.
Work With Us
Campuses around the country are growing, new facilities are breaking ground, and the government is investing in manufacturing – including billions of dollars through CHIPS Act Childcare.
But there are some barriers, too.
The industry’s tight labor market – and facilities built in child care deserts – make it harder to find and retain a workforce.
The government is investing billions – but only if a company offers child care to its employees.
That’s where we come in.
Our full suite of childcare services and customizable plans deliver turn-key solutions tailored to you.
Our programs help you attract qualified talent, maximize employee productivity, and compete for CHIPS Act Childcare federal funding.

The government tied its new semiconductor funding to child care.
Here’s what it means for you.
In 2022, the CHIPS and Science Act allocated over $52 billion in federal funding to promote development in the semiconductor industry.
Now, companies of all sizes can apply to receive millions in federal funding – but there’s a catch.
Applications requesting more than $150 million in Direct Funding must include detailed plans to provide child care for the facility’s construction workers and employees.
Requesting less than $150 million in funding?
The federal government “strongly encourages” applicants under the threshold to still provide employer-sponsored child care.
Whether required or not, child care will play a critical role in determining which applications receive CHIPS funding.
We’ll help you create a CHIPS Act child care plan that’s
not only compliant – it’s competitive.
CHIPS Act requirement:
Child care costs are within reach for low- and medium-income households
Solution:
Our competitive rates (and lower overhead costs than national chains) give you more value for your investment. Customized solutions deliver targeted benefits, allocating valuable resources for maximum impact. Employees receive reliable child care – with less cost to them and you.
CHIPS Act requirement:
Child care is at a convenient location with hours that meet workers’ needs.
Solution:
Our flexible solutions are as diverse as your community – so there’s something for everyone. We serve remote employees, shift workers and nontraditional schedules, after-school needs, postpartum care, and more. From on-site to in-home, we’ll work with you.
CHIPS Act requirement:
Child care grants workers confidence that they will not need to miss work for unexpected child care issues.
Solution:
Our caregiver network includes on-site, full-time, part-time, and on-call options – so your employees never have to worry about missing work. Whether they need regular care or backup support when their own provider falls through, we offer guaranteed care.
CHIPS Act requirement:
Child care provides a safe and healthy environment that families can trust and that nurtures the healthy growth and development of children.
Solution:
All of our caregivers are trained professionals with clean background checks. Our network also includes workers with additional certifications or degrees: early childhood education, childhood development, Montessori or Waldorf, special needs, or behavioral needs.
CHIPS Act requirement:
Applicants are also required to detail their engagement with labor unions, schools and workforce education programs, with preference given to projects that benefit communities and workers. (New York Times)
Solution:
As a community-based care provider, we have a long history of working with nonprofits, maternal and family health services, and lawmakers to provide accessible care to our communities as well as a thriving, safe, sustainable care environment for our workers.
Our team of experts is ready to create your winning strategy.
We’ll help you develop a care plan that meets the latest developments in CHIPS requirements – as well as state and local laws.
